Thursday, May 30, 9:30 a.m. YSU holds a press conference in the Chestnut Room of Kilcawley Center to announce a major, multi-million dollar in-kind grant that will bring significant high tech capabilities to the region. The grant will be a core component in the continuing efforts of the new National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Institute in downtown Youngstown to prepare a modern workforce in the Cleveland-Pittsburgh TechBelt.

Thursday, May 30. The YSU Board of Trustees meets on the following schedule; all meetings are in the Board of Trustees Meeting Room on the first floor of Tod Hall unless otherwise noted: Noon, Luncheon Presentation, President’s Conference Room, second floor, Tod Hall; 1 p.m., Academic Quality and Student Success Committee; 2 p.m., Intercollegiate Athletics Subcommittee; 2:30 p.m., University Affairs Committee; 3:30 p.m., Institutional Engagement Committee; 4 p.m., Trusteeship.
