The Penguins baseball team, under the leadership of head coach Rich Pasquale, opens the 2012 home season at 3 p.m. Friday, March 16 at Eastwood Field in Niles.
The homestand continues 1 p.m. Saturday and noon Sunday.
The Penguins start the home schedule after nearly a month of road games in North Carolina and Virginia. Over the course of the next two months, the Penguins play 22 games at home.
