Check out what's happening this week at Youngstown State University.Tuesday, April 15, 6 p.m. To increase awareness about eating disorders, students in YSU’s fashion program present “The EveryBODY Fashion Show,” featuring clothing for all body types, in the Chestnut Room of Kilcawley Center on the YSU campus. Wednesday, April 16, 11 a.m. The YSU Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships presents a Student Loan Repayment Session in the Ohio Room of Kilcawley Center on campus. Topics will include student loan repayment plans, loan forgiveness programs and borrower rights and responsibilities. Another session is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Monday, April 21, in the Gallery Room of Kilcawley Center.

Wednesday, April 16, 12:15 a.m. The YSU Dana School of Music presents a free Music at Noon concert in the Butler Institute of American Art.

Wednesday, April 16, 5:30 p.m.  Just Seeds Artists’ Cooperative will be discussed in YSU’s McDonough Museum of Art, Lecture Hall. The free lecture is the final one in the “Emergent Futures Now” lecture series presented by the YSU Department of Art. More here.

Thursday and Friday, April 17 and 18, 5:30 p.m., and Saturday, April 19, 2 p.m. YSU Penguins baseball squad takes on Oakland at Eastwood Field in Niles.

Friday, April 18. Students will share their research endeavors as YSU’s Beeghly College of Education hosts the 11th Annual Educational Research Exchange. More here.

india800Friday, April 18, 9 to 11 a.m. An “Export to India” seminar, sponsored by the International Trade Assistance Center at YSU, will be in the Williamson College of Business Administration on campus. Deepti Vithal, an international trade attorney licensed to practice in the state of New York and in India, will educate local businesses about export opportunities in India. More here.

Friday and Saturday, April 18 and 19, 8 p.m. Ward Beecher Planetarium presents “Expanded View.” The planetarium also shows “The Moon” at 1 and 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 18.
