Monday, Oct. 15, 8 p.m. The YSU Concert Band and Wind Ensemble present “Horns A Plenty” concert in Stambaugh Auditorium on Fifth Avenue in Youngstown. The groups include 107 woodwind, brass and percussion students in the Dana School of Music at YSU. More at

Wednesday, Oct. 17, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The YSU Center for International Studies and Programs hosts a Study Abroad Fair in the Ohio Room of Kilcawley Center. Wednesday, Oct. 17, 8 p.m. YSU celebrates the music of the tuba and euphonium with an “Octubafest” concert in Bliss Recital Hall.

Thursday, Oct. 18, 1 p.m. “Calculus: The Musical,” a comic and musical review of about the history and development of calculus, will be performed as part of YSU’s annual MathFest in the Chestnut Room of Kilcawley Center. More at
