Award-winning poet reads on campus

Poet Tim Seibles

Tim Seibles, who teaches at Old Dominion University and is the author of seven books of poetry, will give a poetry reading 7 p.m., Tuesday, April 3, in the Jones Room of Kilcawley Center on the campus of Youngstown State University.

The reading, presented by the YSU Poetry Center and Etruscan Press, is free and open to the public.

Seibles’ most recent collection is “Fast Animal” (Etruscan, 2012). His poetry has been featured in Best American Poetry 2010. He is the recipient of a National Endowment for the Arts grant for poetry and the Open Voice Award from the National Writer’s Voice Project.
